  • 75% Refund - Cancellation made 21+ days before the trip.
  • 50% Refund - Cancellation made 14–20 days before the trip.
  • 25% Refund - Cancellation made 7–13 days before the trip.
  • No Refund - Cancellation made less than 7 days before the trip or in case of No Show.
  • The advance booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another date due to cancellation. However, they may be transferred to another person of the same age group, subject to prior confirmation.
  • If the trip is cancelled by us, only the trip amount paid will be refunded. Payment gateway convenience/processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
