🕉 Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga

  • Significance: One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and the last in the list.

  • Highlights: Built in traditional South Indian temple style with red stone carvings.

  • Belief: It is said visiting Grishneshwar grants liberation and spiritual merit.

 Ellora Caves

  • UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Features: 34 rock-cut caves representing Buddhism (Caves 1–12), Hinduism (13–29), and Jainism (30–34).

  • Main Attraction: Kailasa Temple (Cave 16) – a monolithic temple carved from a single rock, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

  • Built: Between the 6th and 10th centuries.

Devgiri Fort 

  • History: Originally called Devgiri Fort, (was named Daulatabad by Sultan Muhammad bin Tughlaq)

  • Highlights:

    • Strategic hilltop location with strong defenses.

    • Maze-like entryways, steep slopes, and a deep moat.

  • View: Offers panoramic views of the region from the top.

Bhadra Maruti Temple

  • Deity: Dedicated to Lord Hanuman in a sleeping (reclining) posture – a rare form.

  • Legend: Hanuman slept here while listening to King Bhadrasen’s devotion.

  • Popular: Especially during Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti.

Bibi Ka Maqbara

  • Built by: Azam Shah, son of Aurangzeb, in memory of his mother Dilras Banu Begum.

  • Nicknamed: “Taj Mahal of the Deccan” due to its resemblance to the Taj.

  • Architecture: Mughal-style with white dome and symmetrical gardens.

 Day 0 – Pune / Mumbai 
  • 06:00 PM Departure from Mumbai (Borivali-Andheri-Sion-Thane-Kalyan)
  • 11:00 PM Departure from Pune Ch.Shivaji Nagar (Wakad Bridge, SBM Bank, Deccan, Katraj)
  • Overnight Bus Journey towards Ch. Sambhajinagar 
Day 1: Arrival - Devgiri Fort | Grishneshwar | Bibi Ka Maqbara

  • Early morning arrival at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).

  • Hotel check-in, freshen up, and breakfast.

  • Visit Devgiri Fort, followed by lunch.

  • Proceed to Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga for darshan.

  • In the evening, visit Bibi Ka Maqbara and enjoy the sunset.

  • Return to hotel for leisure and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ellora Caves | Bhadra Maruti Temple - Return Journey

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.

  • Visit Ellora Caves (Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain caves – time permitting).

  • Bhadra Maruti Temple Darshan

  • Begin return journey to Pune/Mumbai in the afternoon.

  • Minimum â‚ą3,000/- registration amount to be paid for booking.
  • Bookings above the age of  35 years are not allowed as there are 3 overnight journeys which are not suitable form elderly people.
  • Please confirm on call about the seats availability before paying.
  • Please note that your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of complete Trek/Tour Charges.
  • First two seats will always be reserved for leaders to lead & show route to the driver. 
  • Seats arrangement will be on first come first serve basis at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout journey. (Any disputes regarding seating arrangement would result in dismissal of both the parties and would not be liable for any refunds.)
  • Please make sure you are added in the whatsapp group 6-8 hours prior to the trip as all the pickup details, Essential things lists & lead information would be provided in the group.
  • Food and Stay arrangements are done as per the availability & locations so kindly don't expect too luxurious.
  • Backpacking trips are arranged for the people who are looking out for pocket friendly trips and are more about chasing experiences.
  • The facilities provided are good to go for a trip at backpacking budget. Incase of Triple / quad  sharings rooms are provided with extra mattress.
  • We need at least 12-14 Travellers to Manage our Trip, so our team reserves all the rights to cancel the Trip if the minimum batch size is not enough.
  • Remaining amount to be paid before 7 days of the departure.
  • If a solo female traveller does not wish to share accommodation an additional cost will be charged.
  • Once the payment is completed, inform our team via sharing a screenshot/copy of the payment confirmation. Make sure the date, time, and UTR number are visible in the copy and please fill the registration form to confirm the names & age with the team.
