Trimbakeshwar Darshan & Anjaneri Hill Trek – A Day of Divinity and Adventure

The day begins in the early hours of the morning, around 4:00 AM, with a serene visit to the sacred Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. By 6:30 AM, the group begins the climb to Anjaneri Hill, believed to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman. As the sun rises, the surroundings come alive with scenic beauty, making the journey both calming and energizing.

After nearly two hours of trekking, the group reaches the vast plateau at the top by 8:30 AM. The summit of Anjaneri is not only spiritually significant but also breathtakingly beautiful, with panoramic views of the Sahyadri ranges and serene landscapes stretching as far as the eyes can see. Exploring the ancient temples and sacred spots dedicated to Anjani Mata adds depth to the experience.

By 11:30 AM, it’s time to descend, with the path down offering a different perspective of the valley. On reaching the base around 1:30 PM, trekkers are treated to a delicious traditional Maharashtrian lunch, a well-deserved reward after the morning’s adventure.

The journey back begins in the afternoon, and by 10:00 PM the group reaches Pune, carrying with them not just photographs, but also divine blessings, memories of the trek, and the joy of a fulfilling day spent in nature and spirituality.
