Jog Falls, also known as Gerosoppa Falls/Joga Falls, is one of the highest waterfalls in India. Located in Shimoga district, Karnataka state. This stunning natural wonder is formed by the Sharavathi River dropping from a height of 830 feet (253 meters). The falls consist of four distinct cascades known as Raja, Rani, Rover, and Rocket, which merge to create a magnificent spectacle, especially during the monsoon season when the water flow is at its peak.
