- From Mumbai: Board the Udyan Express at 8:00 AM from CSMT Railway Station and begin your scenic journey towards Bangalore.
- From Pune: Passengers boarding from Pune will depart at 11:40 AM from Pune Railway Station by the same train.
Note: In case train tickets are unavailable, AC Sleeper Volvo buses will be arranged during the peak season. Any difference in fare will be communicated to you in advance before confirming the booking.

- Backpacking trips are arranged for the people who are looking out for pocket friendly trips and are more about chasing experiences.
- Basic, clean accommodations and decent food will be provided at the destination, though the menu options are limited and not extravagant
- For Triple/Quad/Five Sharing Rooms, extra mattresses would be provided in the Dual Bed Rooms.
- First two seats will always be reserved for leaders to lead & show route to the driver.
- Seats arrangement will be on first come first serve basis at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout journey. (Any disputes regarding seating arrangement would result in dismissal of both the parties and would not be liable for any refunds.)
