 Lingana Trekking | Climbing | Rappelling Lingana, located near Torna, offers a significant challenge to trekking enthusiasts. Reaching the top requires technical support as you must climb 1,220 feet and rappel down approximately 600 feet. Lingana is a towering pinnacle in the Sahyadri range, situated between Raigad and Torna. Named for its linga-like shape, it stands at 2,969 feet with a four-mile ascent. The first half of the climb is relatively easy, but the second half is more challenging. The rock-cut steps have been destroyed, making the fort nearly inaccessible. The summit, a 2,500-square-foot fortified rock, has no remaining buildings or fortifications, though traces of a grain store and some cisterns can still be found.

Nagphani, later known as Duke’s Nose after Duke Wellington, is a cliff at Khandala near Lonavala. The Cliff is pointed like a snakes pointed head portion (hood) and hence the name Nagphani (Nag means snake and phani means hood). The name Dukes nose is derived as the cliff looked like the shape of the Duke. This is a marvelous trekking spot nearby Lonavala. One Hour walk takes you to the top of Duke’s nose. Valley crossing from Dukes Nose to Duchess Nose is a great fun due to roaring winds, Foggy atmosphere & of course Deep Valley. While Rappelling from the Dukes Nose is quite thrilling experience with 90 Degree Rappelling in a combination of Overhang & Deep Valley View.

Height of Kalu River Waterfall is about 1250ft.  Which is in Malshej Ghat near Harischandragad. You can see the beauty of waterfall in rainy season. Rappeling is in 5 stages. First patch is 430ft. Second patch is 300ft. Third patch is 200ft. Fourth patch is 250ft and fith patch is 70ft.
