Khanderi Fort :- Built in 1678, the Khanderi Fort is located on a small island at around 4 km from Alibag. The fort houses a famous temple dedicated to Lord Vitthal and a Tomb of Daud Pir which are believed to be rule over the waves and are worshipped by the fishermen passing by. The British made a lighthouse in the later years which is 75 feet high but is now in ruin. The lighthouse had a lantern in the middle with a height of 161 feet above sea level. Kolaba Fort :- Kolaba Fort is a sea fort built by Shivaji Maharaj in 1652 in the Alibag Beach of the Arabian Sea. The fort has a height of 25 feet and is at a distance of only 2 kma from the Alibag Beach shore. The most interesting feature of the Fort is that despite being a part of a saltwater body, the fort has a fresh-water well. A temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha, built by Raghoji Angre in the year 1759, is also present in the Fort premises and is still worshipped by the fishermen from the area. The fort also has temples dedicated to Mahishasurmardini and Goddess Padmavati.

 Lingana Trekking | Climbing | Rappelling Lingana, located near Torna, offers a significant challenge to trekking enthusiasts.
